Tuesday Jan. 24, noon-1 p.m., I will give a joint talk with Norene Christiansen about Lymphedema Treatment at St. John’s Hospital in the Wapati Room.  It is free and open to the community. If you or you know someone who has had breast or prostate surgery, lymph node disection, radiation, or asymmetrical swelling, please attend and pass this along. We will present the causes of lymphedema and how it is prevented and treated. It is a great educational opportunity to assist yourself or others: you’ve already had to undergo so much, why should you have to deal with the complication of a heavy swollen limb!
